  14. 1, when starting in
  15. very cold weather.

  17. A car can be "force
  18. fed" more fuel
  19. mixture by adding a
  20. supercharger or
  21. turbocharger. 
  22. Fuel is then forced
  23. into the cylinders
  24. under pressure,
  25. rather than being
  26. sucked in by the
  27. natural vacuum that
  28. is created when the
  29. cylinder goes down.
